Mother-of-three Tanya Smith (43) died from blood clots days after receiving AstraZeneca covid vaccine

Mother-of-three, Tanya Smith, died at the age of 43 after receiving the AstraZeneca injection in March. She complained of stomach pains and headaches and wash rushed to hospital before succumbing to heart failure due to blood clots. She leaves behind a husband and three children.
