Mother-of-three Tanya Smith (43) died from heart attack due to blood clots just days after receiving AstraZeneca “vaccine”

Tanya Smith received AstraZeneca in March and complained of severe stomach pains a few days later; she was taken to hospital and diagnosed with having multiple blood clots. She died of a heart attack on April 3rd. She leaves behind her husband and three children.
